Initially, when I reached out to Medir and put in an order, I wasn't fully aware how things worked. I had sent some emails to the wrong address and didn't get an answer and eventually discovered the correct way, i.e. use their contact us link on their site page. I received my package in short time and the reed material looks fine. I bought both 25/27 mm and 27/29 mm as was suggested to me by the piper from whom I took a class in reed-making and who suggested Medir to me as a reed source. Thank you."
