"I'm new to Irish piping and have decided to try and make my own reeds. I have to get a few other items, watch some videos and then give it a try. I haven't made a reed yet but am hopeful. Initially, when I reached out to Medir and put in an order, I wasn't fully aware how things worked. I had sent some emails to the wrong address and didn't get an answer and eventually discovered the correct way, i.e. use their contact us link on their site page. I received my package in short time and the reed material looks fine.
