Initially, when I reached out to Medir and put in an order, I wasn't fully aware how things worked. I had sent some emails to the wrong address and didn't get an answer and eventually discovered the correct way, i.e. use their contact us link on their site page. I received my package in short time and the reed material looks fine. I bought both 25/27 mm and 27/29 mm as was suggested to me by the piper from whom I took a class in reed-making and who suggested Medir to me as a reed source. Thank you."

Speedy delivery. Good cane and easier to make reeds when already gouged. Have made some very good reeds and will purchase some more in the future. RB.
I received these pregouged canes faster than I expected in the mail, well packaged and even a little extra cleaning cloth was included because of the high shipping cost to Canada. Note that in spite of high shipping cost, with that included it cost about $6 CDN per pregouged cane which is really not a high price in my opinion. Haven't got much experience reedmaking so I'm sharing some with a friend who has more experience and will let you know how they work!
